Contest Rules

September 18, 2011-January 31, 2012

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest begins: September 18, 2011.
3. Participating couples must be formally engaged to enter and have set a wedding date between April 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012.
4. Participating couples may not be under contract for previously ordered wedding flowers from Pealer’s Flowers.
5. Participating couples must submit their love story and why they are the most deserving couple, along with a recent photo online to
   michelle@pealers.com,or by mail to: Pealer’s Flowers Wedding Giveaway, 3720 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011
6. Include verifiable phone, email address and postal address. Entries must be received online or postmarked no than January 31, 2012.
7. Submit one entry per couple.
8. Four (4) finalist couples will be chosen by the Pealer’s Flowers Wedding Giveaway Committee and announced on line and notified by e-mail.
9. Finalist couples must agree in writing to having their stories posted on the contest website.
10. Prize is provided by Pealer’s Flowers:
11. The winning couple will be announced at the Wedding Flower Expo at Pealer’s Flowers Camp Hill location on March 11, 2012.
    Participating couples must be present to win. The Winning Couple will receive Bridal Party and Family Flowers, Ceremony décor and Reception décor
    at a value not to exceed $3,000.00.
12. Winner must provide photo ID to claim their prize.
13. Pealer’s Flowers may disqualify any winner if the rules have been violated in any way.
14. Winners further allow their likenesses to be used by Pealer’s Flowers in promotional announcements both on-air and through other means.
15. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and any applicable fees that may apply.
16. All employees and immediate families of Pealer’s flowers are not eligible to win. The term immediate families includes: spouses,
    grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
17. Pealer’s Flowers reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
18. All decisions of Pealer’s Flowers are final.
19. Pealer’s Flowers is not responsible for computing errors.
20. If prize winner declines the prize, an alternate winner may be picked for the vacated prize.
21. Pealer’s Flowers is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.
22. No purchase necessary. One valid entry per couple.
23. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
24. Pealer’s Flowers reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius
    of the affiliate’s Camp Hill, PA office.
25. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final
    on all matters pertaining to the contest.
26. Entrants further grant to Pealer’s Flowers the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print,
    or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
27. Pealer’s Flowers reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through
    the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
28. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees,
    agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries,
    damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
29. All results posted are unofficial until winners claim prize at Pealer’s Flowers Camp Hill location.
30. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold
    prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is officially sponsored by Pealer’s Flowers.

*Persons deployed for armed services duty may be granted an exception in the requirement to “be present”, but must be represented.
