To guarantee that your flowers stay in perfect shape until your wedding day, it is important to follow the care tips below.
Upon receiving your flower shipment, open the box and examine it carefully before removing any pieces. Verify the shipment against your purchase order. If any items are missing or damaged, please call our toll-free number immediately (800-876-4506). Do not remove the identification tags from the arrangements until they are properly placed.
Upon arrival put flowers in water and make sure the glass vials are full.
Maintain flowers at a temperature between 35 - 75 F. Avoid extreme temperatures. The colder the storage space, the better to conserve the flowers. DO NOT FREEZE.

Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.
Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks (15 days) in advance.
Signature required at time of delivery for all orders.
All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.
As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
Preferred Arrival Date:
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on your selected delivery date. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery time 1-2 hours in advance of the event for the best delivery. Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. We will make every effort, to match the shade of color.
